*long post*
Fingers crossed, we hope to have the issue at Spencer County High School resolved! I seen a fb post this past week about the not so pleasant smell that's been ongoing for some time now....got a call from a friend asking if we could help. They called a big outfit from Louisville cause they knew we've been busy, and the other company has a lot of resources and manpower as everyone expected the worse with this issue (pipes under the slab needing replaced). Well the big company came, and after 2 hrs they couldn't figure out anything, but wanted a significant amount to do a smoke test. No promises were made, but I told em I would stop by Saturday afternoon, on Valentines day, and see if we could at least help figure it out. I believe the good Lord helped us out with this one! And a retired plumber/inspector i just so happened to have with me yesterday! Within 20 mins we had located a leak from a 2" copper drain on one of the urinals. With every use, this thing was literally leaking right into the wall behind the block. We had the parts in the shop, and got it replaced with pvc. We believe in doing good, honest work, and love our community! We are small, most the time its just me. So we understand we won't always be the first choice, or be able to drop everything each time the phone rings. I'm just glad those that know us, know that we try to do all we can, when we can for our customers! Sometimes we're able to help, and sometimes I just can't get it on the schedule. I'm a husband, dad, and person like anyone else out here chasing the dream of being a small business owner. It's tough. Some days I wonder if its worth it πππ but when u get a call like this, and are able to be the hero of the day, it feels like confirmation that we're right where we're supposed to be, doing what I feel I was called to do. from all of us here at Pro 3 LLC (aka meπ) Happy Sunday yall!
