Morgan Fence Company, Inc. Since the beginning, our goal has always been to offer quality products with service to match. Today Morgan Fence and Awning Co. was added to the company in 2001.

William Morgan opened Morgan Aluminum Products for business in 1962. In 1978, the company incorporated becoming Morgan Aluminum Products, Inc. In May 2007, we became Morgan Fence Company, Inc., when founder Bill Morgan retired, and passed on the torch to his oldest son, Steve Morgan. Keeping with the family tradition, we have a 3rd generation coming up the ranks. Oldest son, Ryan Morgan overseeing

all operations of the business, Joel Morgan working in sales. What started as a small business with 3 employees has grown to over 45 employees and two locations. This growth was only possible by standing behind our products and our name. Our product line continues to expand to meet the needs of our customers. Our staff is ready to assist you in planning and designing your project, then following it through installation to completion. We also offer materials for those who prefer to do-it-yourself. Our client lists includes Federal, State, and Local governments, area school districts, Bay Area Rapid Transit, Chevron and Tosco refineries, Pacific Gas & Electric, developers, and, with over 400 residential jobs per year, possibly your neighbor.

Fence Installer
Morgan Fence Company, Inc. is actively hiring Fence Installers (experienced or non). We are looking for self starters with great work ethic, a sense of urgency towards their job and the ability to build several styles of fence and/or if a foreman, be able to manage and train their crew of installers.
* Must be able to communicate clearly with customers.
* Must be able to measure and lay out fence lines and mark post hole positions, following instructions, drawings, or specifications.

Minimum requirements
o English proficient
o Ability to lift, push/pull 80 lbs.
o Valid CA driver's license, with no points
o Able to find solutions to problem on site with little to no management assistance.
o Ability to address customer's questions/concerns and resolve issues that arise during a project.
o Use hand or power tools, and welding equipment (if required and trained to do so)
