We have received several calls from members just receiving their February bill in the mail over the weekend. They were not remailed by us and appear to have been floating around since the beginning of February! It is not due again if it has already been paid
so please do not be alarmed.
With that said, this tends to happen frequently with bills getting to members and members' payments not making it back to us. We would like to encourage you to explore the following billing and payment options to guarantee you receive your bill in a timely
manner and your payment is received on time to avoid late fees.
- Paperless Billing - Sign up for paperless billing through our website at
waynewhitepropane.com! We generate bills on the first business day of each month and you can get a notification as soon as it's ready!
- Electronic Funds Transfer - We can automatically draft your payment on the date of your choice each month from your bank account.
We can also automatically charge your credit/debit card on the date of your choice each month using our automated system.

- Pay Online - Visit waynewhitepropane.com to make a one-time payment online or sign up for an account to make payments or set up recurring payments.
- 24-Hour Drop Box - There is a drive-thru drop box in front of the Wayne-White Electric office that you can conveniently place your payment in anytime and it will make it to the Propane office!
