🔧🌟 Today, we’re proud to highlight Nicole Fisher, Technical Program Manager at Western States Machine Company, for her continued involvement in the engineering community and her dedication to fostering professional growth, collaboration, and innovation.

Through her engagement with engineering societies and industry initiatives, Nicole recently welcomed members of the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) to our facility. SWE brings together professionals each month to connect, learn from one another, and engage with businesses and organizations across the community through tours, presentations, and volunteer opportunities. 👩‍🔬👷‍♀️

During their visit, the group had the opportunity to network, learn more about our operations, and tour our workshop and manufacturing processes. We had the privilege of welcoming more than 70 professionals from across the global sugar industry to Western States Machine Company for an exclusive tour of our manufacturing facility. 🏢

From the production floor to conversations with our team, guests had the opportunity to see firsthand how our centrifuges are designed, built, and brought to life. It was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, share knowledge, and connect with the people driving innovation throughout the industry. 🤝
