Airbnb and short-term rental owners — this is the crew you want on speed dial.

A bad review over a broken AC, a wobbly rail, or a shower that won't drain costs you more than the repair ever will.

We handle the stuff that keeps your listing five stars:

Fast repairs between bookings — drywall, paint, fixtures, doors, decks
Turnover punch lists knocked out in one visit
Bigger upgrades in the off-season — kitchens, baths, flooring that photograph well and hold up to heavy use
One call, one crew, documented and done

Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fort Morgan, and all across Baldwin County. If your rental needs it fixed before the next check-in, call us!

Selling your house? Fix these before you list.

1. Anything that looks like water. A stain on a ceiling makes a buyer assume the worst, whether or not the leak is fixed.

2. Tired paint. Cheapest square-foot improvement in real estate, and it isn't close.

3. Dated bathroom fixtures. Buyers price a full remodel in their head. A vanity and fixture swap stops that math.

4. Soft or damaged flooring. It reads as a hidden problem even when it isn't.

5. Curb appeal. Trim, pressure wash, front door. Buyers decide a lot in the driveway.

We do sale-prep work on a timeline that fits your listing date.

What does a bathroom remodel actually cost in Baldwin County?

Nobody wants to give a straight answer on this, so here's a straight answer. General ranges, not quotes:

Cosmetic refresh — new vanity, fixtures, paint, maybe flooring: $6,000–$10,000.

Full remodel — new tile, tub or shower replacement, vanity, lighting, everything down to the studs and back: $15,000–$30,000.

Layout change — moving plumbing, relocating a wall, converting tub to walk-in shower: $30,000–$50,000+.

The three things that swing a number the most: whether plumbing moves, tile selection, and what's hiding behind the walls.

The shower in these photos? Full gut. New framing, new plumbing, marble-look porcelain, custom niche, herringbone floor. This is what the middle-to-top of that range buys.

Want a real number for your bathroom? We'll come look and tell you honestly.

Property managers — this one's for you.

Tenant moves out Friday. New tenant needs in as soon as possible. Every day that unit sits empty costs the owner money.

That's the work we're built for. Paint, flooring, drywall repair, appliance swaps, punch lists, deep cleans — handled, documented, done.

We separate owner charges from tenant charges on every invoice, so your security deposit paperwork is clean and defensible.

One call, one crew, one invoice.

Deck rebuild, Daphne AL.

The old one had rotted framing, weathered boards, and posts that had seen better days. Structurally past its life.

What we did:

Tore the old deck down to the framing
New pressure-treated joists and support posts
Fresh deck boards throughout
New railing and balusters, full perimeter
Rebuilt right over the pool-side slope

Solid, level, and ready for another 20 years of summers.

Three questions worth asking before you hire ANY contractor in Alabama:

1. Are you licensed — and what's your number? Alabama requires a license for residential work over $10,000. You can look anyone up through the Alabama Home Builders Licensure Board. Takes two minutes.
2. Are you insured, and can I see the certificate? If someone gets hurt on your property and the contractor isn't covered, that's your problem, not theirs.
3. What's the payment schedule? Nobody reputable asks for the full amount up front. A deposit, then progress payments tied to milestones, is normal.

Ask us all three. We'll answer every one of them.

Before and after, Daphne AL.

Teal walls, a yellow mantel, and white tile around a fireplace nobody wanted to look at. That was the starting point.

We framed and built an entirely new wall over the old one, set a new firebox into it, and clad the whole thing in vertical shiplap. Custom floating shelves run the full span on both sides — the finished piece is one continuous built-in.

Then rebuilt the bar, and that top is a thrifted table we stripped and refinished. Not quartz, not granite. Cost a fraction and looks better than both.

New name. Same crew. Same standards.

All Inclusive Maintenance is now Next World Construction, Inc.

For over two decades we've handled everything from a leaky faucet to a full remodel here in Baldwin County. Nothing about that changes — the same people, the same phone number, the same work ethic. What changes is the scope. Next World Construction reflects where we're headed: licensed building, full renovations, new construction, and the maintenance work we've always done.

If you've worked with us before, nothing on your end changes. If you haven't yet, now's a good time.
