What a great day on the field!

Our team had an incredible time co-hosting a kickball event with our friends at . The afternoon was filled with friendly competition, teamwork, collaboration, and plenty of laughs as we strengthened relationships both on and off the field.

A special thank you to and Kona Ice for keeping everyone fueled throughout the event. We also want to recognize Kona Ice for giving back to an amazing cause by donating a portion of their proceeds to our fundraiser for the American Heart Association!

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event such a success. We look forward to more opportunities to connect, collaborate, and make a positive impact in our community.

Safety Week isn’t just about staying safe on the jobsite, it’s about safety in the office and at home, too. Today, we held a Safety Standdown in our Fairlawn office to continue the conversation.

Today’s focus was Respect. Respecting our coworkers means looking out for one another, communicating clearly, and addressing concerns before they become risks. When we create a culture built on respect, we help keep everyone safe and supported.
And remember, safety doesn’t stop when the workday ends. Staying mindful of safety practices at home and in our everyday lives is just as important.

Last week, we had the opportunity to send a team through the Training Program, and it was an incredibly valuable experience.

The team completed courses in Ethics & Custom Build, Data Analytics, Productivity & Prompting, and Communications & Marketing, gaining practical insights into how AI can be thoughtfully and effectively integrated into our everyday workflows.

We’re excited to apply what we learned to make our daily routines easier, more efficient, and more productive.

A big thank you to Ken Pease for being an awesome instructor and for helping make AI feel more approachable, and far less daunting, along the way. We appreciate your guidance and expertise!

This year, Welty Enterprises is proud to participate in the Northeast Ohio American Heart Association Heart Walk.

Heart disease affects millions of people every year and remains one of the leading health challenges facing individuals and families across our communities. By walking together, we’re helping raise awareness, honoring those affected, and supporting lifesaving research and education.

To add a little competition into it, we’ve divided Welty Enterprises into two teams. Follow along on our journey and see which team will raise the most money for this important cause!

Last week, Maxwell Lyman and Bernard Farnan had the opportunity to volunteer with Junior Achievement of North Central Ohio at Norwayne Middle School, where they spoke with 6th graders about their careers.

They led a few fun, hands-on activities and shared a little insight into what they love to do each day. It was an awesome experience connecting with the students and sparking conversations about future careers!

Last week, our team spent the day volunteering at the Ronald McDonald House in Akron! Hosted by our Welty Engagement Committee, we had a group make baked ziti and a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies for the families staying at the House.

We also had a separate group creating handmade cards for the kids, adding a little extra joy to their day.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to give back to our community and support the families who need it most.
