Our Story
Stella construction is named after our 95 year old grandmother.
In 1945 Stella Pancio fled her Homeland of Ukraine to escape N**i oppression. She stayed in Holland for a brief period before immigrating to Staten Island. In New York City she met Michael Pancio, her husband of 45 years. Shortly after they were married, they moved to a small town in Western New York. There they started a small grocery store and it maintained up until Michael Pancio's retirement. They achieved their American dream through hard work, discipline and a commitment to doing the right thing.
