Team IMPACT—Michael Voss, Nick Walker, Brett Fechte, and Lowell Kircher—proudly participated in Pedal the Cause a few weeks ago. Mike & Brett completed the Century - 100 miles! A special thank you to Rosie Williams and Gerica Stucker of Team IMPACT for supporting the event as volunteers at a refueling station.

With family and friends impacted by cancer, this cause is deeply personal to us. Pedal the Cause plays a vital role in advancing innovative research at Siteman Cancer Center and Siteman Kids at St. Louis Children's Hospital, bringing us closer to the vision of A World Without Cancer.

We are proud to share that through the combined efforts of IMPACT Strategies and the Making an IMPACT Foundation, our donations will exceed $10,000 for 2026! We remain committed to supporting this incredible mission for years to come.

PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT 🎬

Last week, IMPACT Strategies joined project partners, local leaders, and community members to celebrate the groundbreaking of Hollywood River Studios in Wood River, Illinois!

IMPACT is proud to serve as construction manager for this exciting film and television production campus. The 110-acre development will feature six state-of-the-art sound stages and is expected to bring new jobs, economic investment, and opportunities to the Metro East.

We’re excited to help bring this vision to life and contribute to a project that will put the region on the map as a destination for film and television production!

The green flag is officially waving at The Belle Clair Speedway! 🏁

IMPACT Strategies is proud to celebrate the grand opening of this exciting new racing destination in the Metro East. As the construction manager, it was an honor to partner with the ownership team and project stakeholders to bring this vision from concept to completion.

From the track and grandstands to the fan amenities and supporting infrastructure, this project was built to create an unforgettable experience for racers, spectators, and the community for years to come.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making Belle-Clair Speedway a reality. We look forward to seeing the memories, excitement, and traditions that will be created here for generations of racing fans.

We're excited to officially kick off construction on Home Turf Sports Complex in Fairview Heights, Ill. As construction manager, IMPACT Strategies is proud to partner with the Home Turf ownership team to bring this incredible vision to life.

The new 45,000-square-foot indoor sports complex will provide year-round opportunities for athletes of all ages, featuring an MLB-sized indoor infield, batting cages, pitching and hitting labs, golf simulators, a weight room and flexible space for multiple sports and community events.

Projects like Home Turf are about more than bricks and mortar—they're about creating spaces where young athletes can develop their skills, families can connect and communities can thrive.
