The green flag is officially waving at The Belle Clair Speedway! 🏁

IMPACT Strategies is proud to celebrate the grand opening of this exciting new racing destination in the Metro East. As the construction manager, it was an honor to partner with the ownership team and project stakeholders to bring this vision from concept to completion.

From the track and grandstands to the fan amenities and supporting infrastructure, this project was built to create an unforgettable experience for racers, spectators, and the community for years to come.

Congratulations to everyone involved in making Belle-Clair Speedway a reality. We look forward to seeing the memories, excitement, and traditions that will be created here for generations of racing fans.

🏗️ Breaking ground on the future of youth sports!

We're excited to officially kick off construction on Home Turf Sports Complex in Fairview Heights, Ill. As construction manager, IMPACT Strategies is proud to partner with the Home Turf ownership team to bring this incredible vision to life.

The new 45,000-square-foot indoor sports complex will provide year-round opportunities for athletes of all ages, featuring an MLB-sized indoor infield, batting cages, pitching and hitting labs, golf simulators, a weight room and flexible space for multiple sports and community events.

Projects like Home Turf are about more than bricks and mortar—they're about creating spaces where young athletes can develop their skills, families can connect and communities can thrive.

Congratulations to the Home Turf team and all of our project partners on this exciting milestone. We look forward to seeing this vision become a reality!

This week, IMPACT Strategies joined our partners to celebrate the topping out of the new St. Louis Children's Hospital and WashU Medicine Pediatric Specialty Care Center in Wentzville.

The placement of the final structural steel beam marks an exciting step forward in bringing expanded pediatric specialty care closer to families throughout St. Charles County and the surrounding communities.

We're proud to serve as the design build contractor on this transformational project alongside BJC HealthCare, St. Louis Children's Hospital, WashU Medicine, Archimages, Inc., Introba, David Mason + Associates (DMA) and our outstanding trade partners. Milestones like this are only possible through the dedication, collaboration, and craftsmanship of everyone involved.

Thank you to the entire project team for your commitment to building a facility that will have a lasting impact on our community. We look forward to seeing this project continue to take shape in the months ahead!

At IMPACT Strategies, we are proud to support St. Louis Children's Hospital KIDstruction Week and its mission to help provide critical care, programs, and resources for the children and families who rely on St. Louis Children's Hospital every day.

Our commitment to this cause is especially meaningful through our partnership with BJC HealthCare on the Children's Specialty Care Center in Wentzville. This project represents more than a new healthcare facility — it will expand access to specialized pediatric care and create a lasting impact for families across our region.

We were honored to welcome KIDstruction Board members Mike Hayes and Nick Arb to the BJC HealthCare Children's Specialty Care Center project site in Wentzville — a visit that reinforced just how meaningful and far-reaching these efforts truly are.

This year's KIDstruction Ambassador, David, serves as a powerful reminder of why this work matters. KIDstruction Week brings together leaders from across the architecture, engineering, and construction industries to make a difference in the lives of local children and families.
