It is with immense sadness that we announce the passing of Josh McIntosh, a beloved member of our community and a dedicated leader at General Pacific.

Those who knew Josh will remember him for his wit, generosity, and friendship. He had a remarkable gift for making others feel seen, and he led his team with consideration and integrity. Josh joined GenPac in 2018 and quickly became an integral part of the company. He managed our Contractor and Telecom divisions with a strong work ethic and unwavering determination. His professional contributions were immeasurable, but perhaps more importantly, Josh fostered a culture of belonging and empowerment among his colleagues.

Josh will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. Our deepest condolences are with his wife and daughter, whom he loved so dearly, as well as his family and friends.

It was a great week at the ICUA Best Practices in Boise, Idaho! Bobby with GenPac Drones and Clint with our Electric Utility team enjoyed connecting and sharing what GenPac has to offer.

General Pacific is looking for an Outside Sales Representative – HVAC/Plumbing to join our Conservation Division.

This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on helping contractors, utilities, builders, program partners, and manufacturers expand the adoption of high-efficiency HVAC and heat pump water heater solutions.

We are looking for someone who is:
• Self-directed and eager to learn
• Comfortable working with contractors and customers in the field
• Skilled at building long-term relationships
• Interested in energy efficiency and real-world solutions

The position is remote, but candidates should be located in the Oregon or Southwest Washington region to support regular travel throughout the territory. Overnight travel is minimal.
