Below is a cut-and-paste of what I posted a week ago. After seeing it one of our employees told me, "You forgot one. You guys increased our time off for a death." I DID forget. In addition to the below, we increased our bereavement benefit by 25%! 2020 is the best! (Well ... It is if you work at Advanced Finishing.)

How has 2020 been treating you? Here is what it has been like for our employees:
• Everybody got a raise – Direct line workers averaged almost 9% hourly raise!
• The company increased our share of insurance costs, making employee healthcare more affordable.
• We raised the vacation maximum from 3 weeks to 4 weeks.
• We added vision care to our already generous health insurance package.
• We added pretax retirement savings with a company match.
• We cleaned up the factory to make it a better place to work.

Why waste your time with a job that you hate, getting paid a wage that is not worth it? I was just told about somebody who hates his $9/hour job. I yelled, “SEND HIM OUR WAY!” Even if you have no skill, we can beat that wage. If you do have skills, we can beat that wage by a lot!
