What a special day for the Wakeling family!

Last Saturday, we celebrated the completion of this Homes For Our Troops house for Army SPC Seth Wakeling and his family. With cheers, hugs, speeches, and gifts, the Fallbrook community showed such love for this family as they are welcomed to their specially adapted custom home.

Each of these homes for injured Veterans is equipped with over 40 major special adaptations and exceeds ADA standards, providing full accessibility for the Veteran. These adaptations include wider halls and doorways, automatic door openers, roll under sinks, stove tops, and counters, pull down shelving, generators and safe rooms, all designed to help the Veteran live independently.

Seth and his wife spoke of the ease and peace of mind this house will provide to their entire family, providing a lifetime of comfort and independence for them all.

Youngren Construction is honored to complete the Wakeling home, our 41st with Homes For Our Troops. We will continue building these safe, accessible forever homes as long as the need remains.

Take a tour through these newly completed commercial condos.
Built in Missoula, Montana, our team created the concept, designed and coordinated the pre-construction planning, site preparation, and building construction from our Fallbrook, California office. Many thanks to Youngren Tradeworks for making the long drive in order to install the doors, windows, door/window hardware, and bathroom wall paneling.

The project is a 36,000 square foot commercial flex warehouse space divided into individual units. Each of the 13 units range from approximately 1,556 to 4,050 square feet, with flexible floor plans and demising walls that allow adjoining units to be combined, creating larger spaces to accommodate future growth.

The units each include an office and bathroom up front and large warehouse space in the back (with a roll up door and semi access). These spaces are really ideal for small business owners who want to own their own space.

The building is designed and built to withstand the test of time. Our goal was to keep the building looking beautiful as well as functional.

Final reveal photos: commercial condominiums & flex warehouse spaces. Built in Missoula, Montana, our team created the concept, designed, coordinated the pre-construction planning, site preparation, and building construction from our Fallbrook, California office.

Thank you so much to everyone for their hard work on this project, both in Fallbrook and Montana!

Our local office staff, on-site subcontractors, project managers, and representatives from the city of Missoula all collaborated so well together. Everyone’s attention and hard work kept this project running along smoothly from start to finish.

Our Montana project is complete!
We are proud to announce that the commercial condominiums and flex warehouse space project in Missoula, Montana is officially complete. Scott walks us through the finished space, pointing out some of the features he is most proud of.

New master bed and bath reveal

Our client wanted to update and upgrade their master bedroom and master bathroom in their Fallbrook home, so they came to Youngren Construction. Our team helped with the new design and layout, then got to work!

After removing some unwanted drywall shelving near the ceiling, the bathroom had a much more open and spacious feel.

Now the rooms are open, bright, modern, and have brand new fixtures that will stand the test of time and use.

We wish our clients many years of comfort and enjoyment in their new space!

New master bed and bath reveal!
Our client wanted to update and upgrade their master bedroom and master bathroom in their Fallbrook home. The Youngren Construction team helped with the new design and layout, then got to work!

-Floor to ceiling herringbone tile
-Pebble flooring in the shower and tub area
-Upgraded vanity and makeup area

It’s time to present this Veteran family with the keys for their new home! 🏡

Ceremony starts at 10:00 am.
Ceremony will be followed by light refreshments and an opportunity to tour the home.

This home was provided by Homes For Our Troops, a publicly funded 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization that builds and donates specially adapted custom homes nationwide for severely injured post-9/11 Veterans, to enable them to rebuild their lives.

These homes restore some of the freedom and independence our Veterans sacrificed while defending our country, and enable them to focus on their family, recovery, and rebuilding their lives.

This marks the 41st Homes For Our Troops home built by Youngren Construction! We are proud to continue building for our nation's severely injured Veterans.

Heather continues our tour!
This is one of our latest kitchen remodels in Fallbrook.

Heather shows us the fabulous walk-in pantry, complete with a sliding library ladder, farmhouse sink, and sunny window. A great place to close the door and find your happy place!

We always enjoy helping our clients with the selection process, whether it’s tile, lighting, flooring, countertops, or appliances. We have so many wonderful vendors to send clients to, and seeing it all come together in the end is very rewarding.
