Last week, we celebrated the topping out of Converge West Falls, marking a significant milestone for this 550,000-square-foot mixed-use development.

The project includes a high-end, 14-story residential apartment building featuring 438 units above two levels of below-grade parking and more than 17,000 square feet of retail space. Future residents will enjoy thoughtfully designed amenities including a courtyard with a pool and splash pad, children's playroom, fitness center, yoga room, pet spa, speakeasy, private dining space, and refunction room.

Thank you to our partners at Gensler and Rushmark Properties, along with the many tradespeople, project partners, and team members whose hard work and collaboration made this achievement possible.

We're proud to share that NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration selected HITT as one of seven firms to support construction, revitalization, and infrastructure improvements at Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.

We look forward to helping deliver upgrades to mission-support facilities, utilities, and equipment that are essential to sustaining astronaut crew training, engineering development, and mission readiness alongside our project partners.

This week, we welcomed four team members from BW: Workplace Experts in the UK to our headquarters in Washington, DC as part of our ongoing exchange program.

Their visit gave us both the opportunity to exchange insights, share best practices, and gain fresh perspectives. It was a great reminder of how valuable continuing education and collaboration can be, not just for personal growth, but for pushing our industry forward together.
