Spray foam insulation has many advantages and applications, but it's not the silver-built end-all that it once was thought to be. Contact DeRice Consulting LLC for more info about insulating/barrier options now available for high performance construction.

Poor installation quality control results in cracked, crumbling foam that has little insulation value. This foam was estimated to be less than 10 years-old at the time of retrofit.
