We are hiring! CDL/Truck Drivers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A clean driving record is required.
Class A driver's license with tanker doubles and triples is preferred but a minimum class B is required. Some construction trucking experience is preferred. The equipment Dakota Seeding runs is tandem axle dump trucks as well as tractor-side dump trailer combinations.
This position may be required to assist with equipment operation and labor duties if driving duties are not needed at certain times.
Ability to work in all environments including, cold, heat, wet, and muddy conditions.
Ability to provide own transportation to various job sites around the Fargo/Moorhead Area.
The ability to lift 50-100 pounds with assistance from fellow team members.
Hours will vary but can expect 7 AM to 7 PM at a minimum on weekdays, plus weekends as required. Overtime after 40 hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must comply with Company mission, vision, and values.
Must work on a job site with no drugs/alcohol in the system.
Comply with all DOT Commercial Driver Licenses requirements.
Understand and comply with all Company policies and safety procedures.
Responsible for the cleanness of the job along and all equipment used.
Equipment is Tandem Axle dump trucks as well as tractor-side dump combinations.
Responsible for overseeing the care of equipment and communicating any maintenance issues with the foreman.
Ability to inspect machinery and perform basic maintenance, such as checking oil levels, gas/oil mix, and lubricating parts as needed.
May perform functions as a laborer as required.
Accurately fill out timecards daily.

PAY:
Starts at $28 an hour. Based on experience.

We are hiring! Heavy Equipment Operators

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 2 years experience in a combination of dozers, loaders, excavators, and/or skid steers.
Understand blueprints and grade stakes to complete assignments as per the specifications.
Must be willing to obtain “Confined Space Training Certification” which will be provided by Dakota Seeding.
Must be willing to obtain “Excavation Trench Safety” which will be provided by Dakota Seeding.
Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 10 Certification.
The ability to lift 50-100 pounds with assistance from fellow team members.
Ability to provide own transportation to and from various job sites.
Ability to work in all environments including, cold, heat, wet, and muddy conditions.

CDL is preferred.

Equipment operators will operate machinery to perform activities such as excavating, backfilling, trenching, ditching, clearing, rough grading, and final cleanup.
The Operator may perform functions as a laborer as required.
Responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment used daily. Must report any equipment maintenance directly to the supervisor immediately.
Ability to communicate any project-related issues to the supervisor immediately.
The Operator observes hand signals, grade stakes, and other markings when operating machines so that work can be performed to specifications.
Become familiar with the efficient and safe digging procedures in each application.
Accurately fill out timecards daily.
We use integrated controls on some of our equipment for high-accuracy applications such as field surveys, jobsite layout, earthworks, paving, and as-built reporting. Operators must be willing to learn how to use this system
