We are a leading manufacturer in the road striping industry and are currently looking for a talented and competitive Parts Desk /Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast paced environment. As an Inside sales rep you will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working independently and in a team environment, generating product interest, and closing sales. Parts management will entail ordering inventory for projects, replenishing stocked items when inventory is low and seeking out alternatives when product is not available.
Responsibilities
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Understand customer needs and requirements
Communicate with all departments regarding customer orders
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
Inside sales experience desirable
Strong phone presence
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Fluent in the English language is essential
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
