Production line 3 is up and running, purging PLA. Lines 1 and 2 are processing PCTG. Tomorrow, we're firing up high-speed line 4! We've powered it up and will reattach the belt guard. Using string lines for alignment is proving more effective than lasers. Our heated and chilled baths are set up, with a temporary chiller in place to cool the circulating water. The long-term plan is for all 5 lines to feed back into an IBC tank for chilled-water circulation. This system is a bit complex because of limited water drops and floor drains, so utility pumps are needed to move water to the drain. Despite the plumbing work, line 4 is powered up and ready to go tomorrow, making filament!

The highly requested Transparent Smoke Black Pro PCTG filament is now in production! See the process from the accumulator and extruder to the chill bath. We're aiming to power up lines four and five mid-next week for test runs. Limited manpower and waiting on electricians are slowing things slightly, but progress is exciting!
