Most people see this and think: bad shingles, old roof, too much sun, bad install â or âthatâs just normal.â
Sometimes thatâs part of it.
But a roof usually doesnât fail because of one thing. It fails when the whole system wasnât thought through.
A contractor might say, âYep, you need vents.â And they may not be wrong.
But the real questions are: what type, how much, whereâs the intake, whereâs the exhaust, howâs the attic insulated, and does the whole thing actually work together?
Thatâs the stuff that decides whether a roof lasts.
Same goes for siding, decks, windows, additions, and everything else tied to your home. It all works together.
The small details usually decide the big outcome.
Thatâs why we slow down, ask better questions, and think through the whole system before we start swinging hammers. đ¨
The Details That Decide.
