Had a couple of guys working on cast iron elbows today. They coated them with our wearing compound and finished with our structural adhesive wraps for a quick and cost-effective line of defense for wear and abrasion.

These splash guards see a ton of wear, and because of that are lined with a total of 3 inches of tile in the area that sees the heaviest abrasion. Here's a good look at the 1" tile stacked on a layer of 2" tile and then finished off with our wear compound for the transition. Turned out great!

The rest of this heavy media cyclone has been bolted on and on is now on its way to the plant! Great work on this one from our guys!

Got a fresh coat of paint drying on this section of a heavy media cyclone, just have to bolt the rest together and we’ll be sending it down the road.
