We are out in Bedford today. This is a roof we are looking forward to getting put on for the homeowners! The old 3 tab roof was worn out and in need of a refresh.

Going with a Class 3 impact resistant Owens Corning to take advantage of an insurance premium discount! Can’t wait to see this one finished out in the 2024 Shingle Color of the Year… Williamsburg Gray.

That’s a wrap!!!

Finished up this home for a couple wonderful home owners in Wylie today! Had to wait a few weeks as we had a little lead time for special order on the new vinyl siding, but we are DONE!

New class 3 roof!!!! (Hello Insurance discount!)
New gutters!!!
New siding!!!

Oh…. And the homeowner supplied the new landscape and a freshly trimmed tree!

We are out early in Garland, TX today getting this roof knocked out. 9:36 and we are well on our way to getting it completed!!!

This claim was a dogfight with StateFarm, but eventually we were able to get them to see that the roof was non-repairable and get a full replacement paid for.

BEST PART is we get to make another customer happy and we get to roof another one in our favorite color…. Estate Gray. This one is a Class 3 impact resistant roof with Rizer Ridge to complete the entire Owens Corning roofing system.

Had a few more bad pieces of decking to remove and replace on the front slope at this point, but we are definitely going to have a proper nailing surface for this new roof system!!!

We started a project today in Farmersville, TX. Customer is getting rid of the old leaky metal roof and going back with a Class 3 impact resistant Owens Corning Duration shingle in Estate Gray.

BUT, before we can roof this one we have to replace a lot old rotten decking.

Can’t wait to see this one come together!
