This morning, Cool Solutions had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful Meet & Greet at Bagel Boss in Hicksville to introduce everyone to the new owner of Cool Solutions, Jeff Rohr!

A special thank-you to Lisa Kerman of the Plainview Moms Facebook group for helping put this event together and sharing it with the community. We truly appreciate your support!

Jeff treated everyone to a delicious breakfast of bagels, muffins, danishes, and coffee. All bagels that were not eaten were generously donated by Jeff to the Mid - Island Y!

We also had some great giveaways, along with a raffle for an Air Scrubber!

We are excited to introduce our new owner, Jeff Rohr who is committed to upholding the high standards of honesty, quality and reliability you expect from us.
Leading our day to day operations is our new COO, Dave S., who brings an incredible 28 years of industry experience to the table.
When you call the office, you'll still get to speak to Jennifer R., the best Customer Service Representative in the industry. She is the friendly voice you've all come to know and love, ensuring your appointments and concerns are handled seamlessly.
Out in the field, we are boosting our capabilities with two fantastic tech additions:
Anthony, our A+ Service Technician with 11 years of hands on experience (pictured here with owner Jeff Rohr).
Tyler W., our newest technician who brings 5 years of valuable field experience.
Tyler and Anthony are joining forces with Lou, Paul, Taylor, Kevin and Danny - the familiar, skilled team that has already been servicing you. To support this growth, we have also added a new truck to our fleet, packed with he tools and parts needs to fix your systems quickly.
