Jackson Woods Subdivision, Jackson New Jersey. Project will consist of 152 Townhomes with the overall project consisting of 466 Town homes to be developed. Pipe Crew Challenges: Sewer installation, due to depths of 18ft and greater, dewatering on both sides of the sewer was a MUST.
Double stacked trench boxes were used to help shoring of trench excavation and keep crews safe while working. Earthwork Challenges - Basin Excavation: Over 80,000 Cubic yards were excavated and used for onsite fills. Very high-water table called required dewatering to run 24/7 from the start of the excavation to the completion of it. # constructioncompany

Hyatt Ave Project: Screening continues on the Hyatt Ave, sorting through the not-so-optimal onsite material to remove trash and oversized debris. The remaining screened material produces a well-graded structural fill for use in the critical fill areas onsite.

Hyatt Ave in Newark NJ. Retaining Wall continues its rise as it passes 50% completion on our Hyatt Ave site. Pillari and Edgewood continue to work together to construct the critical retaining wall which support the soon to be relocated Transco pipeline running along the site.

Hyatt Ave in Newark NJ. Pillari crew is setting the base of 1 of the 4 planned Hydro International Up Flo Filters. Coming in at over 48,000 lbs, a crane was used to lift the piece into place. The crew used tag lines to carefully and precisely guide the piece into place. These Up-Flow filters will help remove sediment and contaminants from the stormwater system prior to discharge.
