In this cereal application, the S-30 2-up automatically denests containers, accurately deposits cereal, and seals them at speeds of up to 50–60 containers per minute. Its Eco-Cut® Film-Feed technology cuts film between containers to minimize film waste, helping manufacturers reduce material costs per year. Whether it’s denesting, weighing, filling, or sealing, the ORICS S-30 can be configured into a full complete automated packaging line for cereal products.

Tailored for versatility, the S-30 can be incorporated with other components like scales for a fully engineered line based on your production needs and requirements.

Modified Atmosphere Packaging (M.A.P.) uses inert gas flushing to replace the air inside a package with a carefully controlled mixture of carbon dioxide and nitrogen while reducing oxygen levels to below 0.5%. This process helps preserve product color, shape, texture, and freshness, significantly extending shelf life while maintaining efficient, high-speed production.

For over 36 years, ORICS Industries has proudly designed and manufactured industry-leading M.A.P. packaging systems in the USA. Our machines deliver precise gas control, gas-tight sealing, and reliable high-speed performance for a wide range of food and non-food applications. Engineered with advanced controls and seamless production line integration, every ORICS system is built to improve efficiency, support scalable growth, and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
