Here’s a basement we did earlier this year. This client was so happy with the kitchen we did late 2024. They decided to not wait to remodel the basement and add a bathroom. Their request was warm and bright. The fireplace 😍!

Remodel Highlights: Complete gut to foundation walls, reframe, closed cell insulation, add bathroom, convert brick wood burning fireplace to gas and stone, add dry bar, new Marvin windows w/ LP exterior trim, LVP, carpet, etc….

Note: I’ll add the before pictures when I get them from my other drive.

This is probably one of the best if not the best job site I’ve ever been on. Hard to beat Ninilchik, AK! Building a deck and start to restore an old log cabin. We will definitely be getting some fishing in too!!!
