Our current receptionist has done an outstanding job and is ready to take on additional responsibilities within the company. As a result, LOGOS is seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview

The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for our organization of approximately 100 employees. This role is responsible for creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers while supporting daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities
-Welcome visitors in person and by telephone, answering or directing inquiries as appropriate
-Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals
-Maintain office security by following visitor procedures and monitoring sign-in logs
-Operate and maintain the office telecommunications system
-Keep the reception area organized, professional, and compliant with company policies
-Manage incoming and outgoing mail and assist all departments with mail-related needs
-Order, stock, and maintain office supplies
-Support various departments with administrative and office-related requests
-Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting coworkers as needed

LOGOS is seeking individuals for an Oil and Gas Revenue and Regulatory accounting position. The primary responsibilities of the position will include monthly allocation of revenue and expenses, accurate and timely filing of all Regulatory Accounting reports in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards, and developing strong business processes utilizing accounting software and other available technical software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Allocation and reconciliation of oil and gas revenue and expenses for monthly financial closing process
• Compilation of data and filing of tribal taxes in New Mexico and Colorado
• Compilation of data and filing of New Mexico and Colorado tax and royalty reports
• Compilation of data and filing of ONRR (Office of Natural Revenue Resources) reports
• Scheduling and reconciling payments of taxes and royalties
• Working closely with revenue accounting and Land to ensure royalty accuracy and compliance
• Responding to inquiries from regulatory agencies and interest owners
• Development and maintenance of efficient regulatory accounting processes

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:

LOGOS is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer to join our technical team in Farmington, NM. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of reservoir engineering experience, with a proven track record in optimizing field development, reserves evaluation, and economic performance across conventional and unconventional assets. This role will play a key part in driving value creation through rigorous technical analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive identification of growth opportunities within the San Juan Basin. Asset base is ~1500 operated and ~1500 non-operated wells with an active unconventional drilling program.

Job Title: Senior Staff Reservoir Engineer
Location: Farmington, New Mexico
Reports To: CEO
Company Type: Mid-size, private equity–backed oil & gas operator focused on the San Juan Basin

Key Responsibilities
• Lead reservoir characterization, surveillance, and performance analysis across operated and non-operated assets in the San Juan Basin.
• Collaborate with drilling, completions, land, and production teams to design optimal well spacing, completion strategies, and lift systems.
• Conduct integrated reservoir studies using production, pressure, and geological data to improve recovery and guide asset development.
• Build and maintain decline curve, material balance, and simulation models to forecast production, evaluate infill and recompletion opportunities, and optimize development planning.
• Manage and prepare bi-annual reserves estimates in coordination with third-party auditors and internal management.
• Evaluate A&D opportunities, develop field-level economics, and support due diligence for potential acquisitions or divestitures.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and economic planning, contributing technical input to corporate strategy and investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SEC and SPE guidelines for reserve classification and documentation.
• Represent the company in technical and operational meetings and with regulatory agencies as required.

Qualifications
• B.S. in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline (M.S. preferred).
• 10+ years of reservoir engineering experience in the upstream oil and gas industry, ideally with exposure to both conventional and unconventional development in mature basins.
• Strong working knowledge of Aries, Petra, Excel, Spotfire, and reservoir simulation software.
• Demonstrated experience managing reserves reporting, economic modeling, field development planning, and A&D screening.
• Deep understanding of San Juan Basin geology and production trends is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary projects, deliver under tight deadlines, and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High integrity, self-motivation, and a collaborative mindset suitable for a private equity–backed entrepreneurial environment.
