Commercial work comes with serious responsibility. 🔧

At B&G Heating & Cooling, gas line pressure testing is an important part of checking piping for leaks before it’s placed into service. It’s one of those behind-the-scenes steps that helps protect the building, employees, and customers.

Whether we’re working on commercial heating equipment or gas piping, we take pride in paying attention to the details.

Best to catch problems before it gets cold. Companies get booked solid pretty fast in extreme temperatures.

🔥 HE SURVIVED HIS FIRST HVAC SUMMER! 🔥

We want to take a minute and recognize our apprentice, Grant Hoover

Three months ago, Grant stepped into his first summer in the HVAC trade. Anyone in this industry knows there’s no better—or tougher—classroom than summertime HVAC.
Long days. Hot attics. Crawl spaces. Service calls. Install days. Mistakes, questions, and a whole lot of learning.

And Grant showed up through all of it.

The amount of growth we’ve seen from him in just three months has been awesome to watch. He’s learned a ton, gained confidence, taken on more responsibility, and continues to get better every week.

At B&G Heating & Cooling, we believe this trade is about more than fixing equipment. It’s about passing knowledge down, giving people an opportunity to build a career, and developing the next generation of skilled tradesmen.

Grant still has plenty to learn—and that’s the whole point of being an apprentice—but he’s come a long way in a short amount of time.

We’re proud to have him representing B&G, and we’re excited to see where the next few years take him.

Congratulations on surviving Summer #1, Grant! 💪🔥
Keep learning. Keep working. Keep growing.

I honestly never thought when we started B&G Heating & Cooling that we would be building our own shop this soon.

We’re excited to share that construction on our new B&G shop is getting ready to begin! 🏗️🔥❄️

The shell of the building is expected to be up in approximately 8 weeks, and after that we'll begin working on finishing out the interior.

This isn't just another building to me. It represents every customer who gave us a chance, every person who recommended us to a friend or family member, and everyone who has supported B&G along the way.
When we started, the goal was simple: work hard, treat people right, and provide honest HVAC service. That hasn't changed, and it never will.

The new shop will eventually give us more room for equipment, inventory, tools, training, and everything we need to continue growing and taking better care of our customers.

I'm extremely thankful for how much our community has supported us. We wouldn't be taking this next step without you.

One step at a time. We're excited to watch it come together!
