When unexpected equipment failures happen, a quick response can make all the difference.
We recently received an emergency call on a Saturday about a rapidly leaking tube spool. Our team responded to the site Saturday to provide a proposal and complete necessary measurements of the takeout. The quick response allowed delivery of a flexible all-metal hose on Monday morning that eliminated the leak and added the durability needed for this demanding application.
Here are the before and after photos of the repair. The difference highlights how the right solution can not only stop a major costly leak but also improve long-term reliability.

Recently, our team at Volunteer Industrial had the opportunity to support a gas utility with a systemwide tubing rework project across their field regulator stations.

In addition to the tubing scope, we helped equip their team with some of the latest pressure testing and calibration tools, including:

• AMETEK STC Crystal XP3i Digital Pressure Gauge
• Ralston Instruments, LLC DCAP Pressure Pump
• Ralston Quick-test™ Fitting Kit

But providing the right equipment is only part of the job. We also provided hands-on training on all components and tooling at no additional cost, helping ensure their field teams were comfortable and confident using the equipment from day one.

At Volunteer Industrial, we aim to be more than an equipment supplier. We want to be a resource and partner for our customers—from selecting the right solution to making sure their teams know how to use it effectively in the field.

Last week, we had the opportunity to travel across Middle and West Tennessee with Scott Crone, meeting with customers and discussing their temperature calibration needs.

It was great to have conversations about improving accuracy, efficiency, and confidence in their calibration programs while demonstrating some of the solutions we provide. In this photo, Scott is demonstrating the JOFRA CTC Dry Block Calibrator and showing how it can simplify and improve temperature calibration in the field.
