On January 6 are heat stop working so we contacted Tom’s heating and cooling to see if they could help. Back story I was fighting influenza A and gi bug was very ill. They gave instructions to my husband in attempt to fix over phone temporary so we stay warm. This did not work unfortunately. All this took place after business hours. Then they stated due not working they come following morning to look at it. They showed up like clock work. They came looked at furnace and came back up stairs stated furnace is unrepairable. I’m sorry to tell you this. We needed to get new one. They stated we have to order one for are house. He stated once order should be in following day. The furnace came into office following day in early morning. So they came bright early install furnace. After installling furnace they had to leave to get sheet metal to finish work. They came back install that less then hour from time leaving my house. Then they took old furnace out and took all trash pickup after them selves. They even work through lunch to complete job. After done he said I hope stay warm. I look out when they leave they had scooped my whole drive way I had no clue. As tears rolled down my face of joy and happiness due to care and thoughtfulness. They not only respectful, understanding and compassionate. This business treats you like family. Someone you can trust. So shout out goes to Tom’s Heating Cooling.
