Entergy Corporation operates two nuclear power plants on the shore of Dardanelle Lake (Arkansas River) in Pope County, Arkansas. These reactors are of the General Electric Mark One design, used at Three Mile Island and at Fukushima, and constructed by Babcock and Wilcox.
