Deck renovation completed in Fayetteville, NC.
We removed the existing decking, rails, and stairs, then installed a full Trex RainEscape system to create a dry, weather-protected space underneath.
Each layer was protected with 14” vinyl flashing, followed by 6” black gutters and downspouts routed toward the French drain system.
We then built a new 2x4 sleeper system above the waterproofing to prevent any fastener pe*******on through the RainEscape.
The deck was finished with custom planed and routed handrails, black aluminum balusters, rebuilt code-compliant stairs and landing, 1x12 PVC fascia, and rot-proof PVC trim around the base of the home.
Built for long-term protection, clean lines, and a high-end finish.
