The finish line is getting closer at HTeaO. ⚡️
From underground utilities and under-slab work to rough-in, overhead piping, lighting, controls, devices, and trim-out, SWX has been part of the project from the early stages through the finishing work.
Now we're watching all those pieces come together.
This is what a project looks like when the electrical work moves from infrastructure to installation.

From dirt to nearly done. ⚡️
At HTeaO in Fort Smith, SWX has handled the electrical work from the site underground and under-slab installation through rough-in, utilities, overhead piping, and a 400A, 3-phase service.
Now we're into lighting, controls, devices, and trim-out as the space comes together.

It’s National Dog Day, so obviously the real employees deserve some recognition. 🐶😂
Meet some of the Steelworx four-legged crew: Gravy, Maddox, Maverick, Poppy, Millie, Teddy, Murphy and Trooper. 🐾
They keep morale high, make plenty of friends, and occasionally allow us to get some work done.
We wouldn't have it any other way. ❤️

A lot of the work happening at Main and SW A Street in Bentonville right now is below the surface.

Crews removed approximately 3 feet of the existing roadway subgrade and are rebuilding it with construction fill, using white chert before the Class 7 base is placed.

The goal now is to finish SW A Street, get it paved, and get the roadway ready to reopen. 🚧

Our team is putting in the work on the Alamo Junior High School renovation and expansion in Midland, Texas.
From steel fabrication and welding to moving and positioning materials, every piece has a part to play in bringing this project together.

Inside and out, there’s been a lot of change on this expansion.
New office space is coming together with flooring, glass, cabinetry and finishes, while work outside has transformed the areas surrounding the facility.
The aerial really puts it into perspective. 👀
Still more work ahead, but plenty of progress worth showing.

Concrete paving complete.
The final pour is down, marking the completion of 1,800 cubic yards of concrete across 75,000 square feet of paving on this ARDOT project.
A huge thank you to every crew member who helped make this milestone possible. Great work from start to finish.

Same building. Different story.
These before-and-after photos show just how much can change in a few months.
What started as demolition has already become a completely different workspace, and we're not done yet. Every day brings another step forward.
