🚧 Site preparation between Main & A Streets and 12th & 14th Street in Bentonville is nearing completion.
Work includes mass grading, sewer installation, approximately 5,000 linear feet of storm drainage installation, 16 underground detention pond systems, ADS StormTech system, and 51,000 cubic yards of earth moved, equivalent to approximately 60,000–65,000 tons of material.
Supporting six new residential buildings.

Recent site work at the ARDOT Welcome Center.
Our crew completed 10 acres of clearing for site prep along with storm drain installation, utilities, concrete, curb & gutter, light pole bases, sidewalks, and a water retention pond.
Strong work by the team contributing to this project.

Condenser tower construction for an industrial customer.
Electrical utilities were present within the build area, requiring engineered design solutions to work around existing conditions and meet the condenser tank specifications.
