River Roofing & Construction is seeking a professional, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our growing construction operations. This is an in-office role focused on organization, communication, and keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules and timelines
• Order and track materials and deliveries
• Communicate with homeowners, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain job documentation, notes, and photos
• Assist ownership with daily operational tasks

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
• Professional phone and email etiquette
• Construction or office coordination experience preferred (not required)
• Reliable, proactive, and detail-focused

💰 Salary: $45,000–$55,000 DOE (reviews at 6 months - 12 months)
