We celebrated Ms. Shirley Cowley yesterday at Palatec. Shirley is retiring after 35 years with us. We hope she enjoys this next chapter of her life. She will be missed.

Due to the threat of winter weather in our area we will be closed Friday January 10th 2025. We will still be monitoring emails and phones during this time. We will post an update over the weekend regarding any issues with opening on Monday. Everyone stay safe and warm!

We take this as a sign that God is good and he is watching over us.

This Bible journal belongs to one of our employees. It was in the office, in her desk at the time of the fire. This journal has years of memories including her hand written wedding vows. She was devastated when she thought it was lost. Part of her desk was found in the rubble and her journal survived!
We will also survive! Clean up has begun and plans are underway to rebuild the office. We are business as usual it just looks different.

Thank you to everyone for the calls, texts and most of all prayers!

Update: We want to make everyone aware that regardless of what the news media is leading you to believe we are still in business. We are producing and shipping from our new pallet facility in Flintville and Monday we will resume production and shipping on reconditioned pallets at the Fayetteville (Huntsville Hwy) location. Our office will be at a temporary location for a little while but the phones are being answered and we are answering emails. If you have a question about a quote, lead time, production or delivers please call us at 931-433-7935. Do not assume what the news media says is what we have told them. I can assure you we are not laying down and giving up, as a family we fight!

We would like to thank all the firefighters, police, first responders, utility works, and volunteers for all they did and are still doing for us today. Would also like to thank everyone for the thoughts and prayers for us and all our employees and their families.

We will continue to make deliveries and the office will be working remotely for the near future. Phone lines are being answered and we can be reached via email as well.

Palatec’s annual Christmas celebration was today. Good food, lots of laughs and gifts for everyone. Great place and great people to work for. We really are one big family. Merry Christmas to all!!
