To train and to nationally certify local and out-of-town workforce with 21st century needed skill sets (using the most widely used robotics systems as a tool) in order for them to find jobs or to perform successfully in their jobs while earning wages above the national annual salary on the get go.

• Training Schedule

2 weeks per month for incumbent worker training and
2 weeks per month for non-incumbent worker training, for example high school students, individuals wishing to change career or move up the career ladder.

• Length Of Training

Starting with a basic training course and that course could be completed in 32 hours.


• Cost Of Training

Estimated to be around $2,000

• Maximum Class Size

Each robotic system can have 2 students working on it. So, the maximum per class is 16 students at one time.

• Business Model

The Chamber owns the Center and we engage our partner collaborators:

Northwest Arkansas Community College (NWACC) to provide the training instruction and
Multi-Craft Contractors (MCC) to potentially hook up graduates from the Center to jobs in the marketplace.
