This is Nicholas. Tuesday morning at seven o'clock he becomes the reason our crews stop waiting on material.
We filmed this at a client walkthrough last week, the guys welcoming him in one by one. No speech, no ceremony. Just handshakes.
Nicholas is our new Logistics Tech. It is one of those seats nobody outside the trade ever hears about. He stages and labels every pallet by project. He inspects what comes off the truck so damage gets caught before it becomes your delay. He is out with the crews in two languages making sure a man on a ladder is not sent hunting for screws.
If your remodel runs smooth, half of that was decided before anybody swung a hammer. That is his seat.
Labor Day is the right day to post this. Nothing we sell exists until somebody picks up a tool, and nothing gets picked up on time unless somebody like Nicholas did his part at seven in the morning.
