He was the kind of person you don’t come across often... the one who walked into a room and, without trying, made it lighter. His positivity wasn’t loud or forced; it was steady, real, and contagious. He worked hard in a way that spoke for itself, showing up day after day with grit, pride, and a quiet determination that set the tone for everyone around him. And no matter how busy or tough the day got, he always carried that signature smile—yeah the one you're thinking about right now... the kind that reminded you things were going to be okay.

He had a heart for people, especially the ones who felt overlooked. He noticed the underdog, stood beside them, and made sure they felt seen and valued. That’s just who he was... someone who lifted others up without ever asking for recognition. And somehow, in between it all, he kept us laughing. The jokes, the quick comments, the way he could turn an ordinary moment into something unforgettable.. it’s a gift we’ll always be grateful for.

Being around him made you feel better. Lighter. Stronger. Like you belonged. And while we feel the weight of his absence, we also carry the imprint he left behind.. in the way we show up, the way we treat each other, and the way we keep moving forward as a team.

We ask that you keep his family in your prayers during this incredibly difficult time, lifting them up for comfort, peace, and strength in the days ahead.

He will always be part of us. Forever in our hearts, and forever on this team.

As we wrap up 2025 and step into 2026, I want to personally thank our team. 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽 The long days, early mornings, miles driven, physical labor, in the heat, the cold, and everywhere in between. None of this happens without you. 🙏🏻 I’m proud of the work you put in and the way you show up for each other and for our customers every single day. This year was built on grit, trust, and a whole lot of hard work. I don’t take a second of it for granted. I’m blessed to lead this crew, grateful for each of you, and excited for what 2026 has in store for us all. We’re just getting started. 😎💪🏻
