Case Engineering has teamed with GMA Architects on over 20 WareSpace locations across 8 states, providing both Structural and MEP engineering design services. Here's the latest one to open, located in Plano, TX.
This particular project involved the transformation of a former Fry’s Electronics store into one of the largest WareSpace facilities to date (& the third location in the DFW Metroplex!). Case Engineering provided the engineering design of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for this 165,396S-sqft warehouse facility, which includes climate-controlled storage units and 9,032-sqft of office space.

The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? It just might be the newly opened Pizza Ranch in Quincy, IL! 🍕🌈💰

Case Engineering's team of Jack Widiger (Mechanical Engineer), Dylan Mills (Plumbing Designer), Brian Wood (Manager of Electrical Engineering), & John Virtudazo (Principal in Charge) partnered with Ben Hur Construction Co to transform a former County Market into a 13,345-sqft Pizza Ranch featuring a full kitchen, spacious dining area, and FunZone Arcade. The completed project is now the largest Pizza Ranch location among more than 200 restaurants across 15 states.
