We need dedicated, hardworking individuals to join the NIC team in the following positions:
1️⃣ Safety Coordinator
In this role, you'll help ensure the safe ex*****on of scaffolding erecting and dismantling by identifying hazards, implementing effective controls, and fostering a strong culture of safety in the field.
🔺 Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety practices
🔺 Ability to lead training, conduct field inspections, and support crews in high-risk work environments
🔺 Willingness to maintain a strong field presence and collaborate closely with Operations, Project Management, and Field Leadership
🔺 Empowered to intervene and stop work when unsafe conditions or imminent hazards are identified
2️⃣ Project Manager – Coatings
In this role, you'll lead industrial coating and painting projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
🔺 Experience managing industrial coating, painting, construction, or related projects preferred
🔺 Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, forecasting, change management, and cost control
🔺 Ability to coordinate field operations, production schedules, and cross-functional teams to drive successful project ex*****on
🔺 Willingness to travel overnight up to 25% and visit job sites as needed
3️⃣ Traveling Shop Technician
In this role, you'll support business operations by testing, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment while providing both shop and on-site service to keep projects running efficiently.
🔺 Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical equipment, small engines, vehicles, or related systems preferred
🔺 Ability to diagnose equipment issues and accurately document maintenance and repair activities
🔺 Comfortable providing on-site equipment support, managing repair parts inventory, and maintaining an organized shop environment
🔺 Willingness to travel regularly overnight and operate company vehicles as needed
