🔨 WE’RE HIRING — LEAD CARPENTER

BC Bartholomew Construction LLC is looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter to join our crew.

We're a growing Whatcom County construction company working on decks, additions, remodels, structural carpentry, exterior projects, and finish work.

This isn't a position for someone who needs to be told what to do every hour.

We're looking for a carpenter who can look at a project, understand the plan, organize the work, lead other carpenters, and get it built right.

We want someone who:

Has strong residential carpentry experience
Can lead a small crew and keep a project moving
Understands framing, decks, remodels, and finish work
Can read plans and think through problems in the field
Takes pride in craftsmanship
Shows up reliably and communicates
Keeps a clean, organized and safe jobsite
Treats customers and their homes with respect
Wants responsibility and the opportunity to grow

We're building a company where good carpenters are trusted to be good carpenters.

Friday Project Update

It's been a busy and productive week here at BC Bartholomew Construction.

This week, we completed the removal and replacement of the soffit on our Blaine project. We also installed new recessed can lights and added insulation as we continue preparing the space for its transformation into a beautiful new sunroom.

The structural work is complete, and now we're simply waiting for the permit approval, which should be arriving soon. Once it's issued, the real transformation begins. I'll continue posting photographs along the way so everyone can follow the project from start to finish.

Next week, we'll be starting another exciting project involving pavers, and I'm looking forward to sharing that process as well.

July kept us extremely busy, and August is shaping up to be much the same. However, we currently have an opening beginning August 17 for a smaller project, including:

✔ Deck repairs

✔ Window and door replacement

✔ Siding and trim repairs

✔ Custom closets

✔ Finish carpentry

✔ Flooring installation

✔ Stair and handrail repairs

✔ Exterior maintenance projects
