ost applications, “cheap” or substandard specifications for concrete work are a false economy. No other single element of a construction project is more important than the concrete foundation on which you build. It can and should be specifically designed and specified for the type of application you have in mind. Concrete Walls, basement floors, driveways and sidewalks usually require different specifications for compression strength, reinforcing mesh, stone foundation, and permeability. Gibson Concrete Construction offers a 10-year Basement Guarantee for projects in which we do the complete foundation, which includes setting the grade, excavation, footers, walls, stone fill, waterproofing, tiling, basement outside, backfilling, and payment for our work in 30 days after completion.
