JMT Construction is hiring all positions. We are a small family owned and operated custom home builder based out of Oakhurst. We are currently looking for the following positions.

Lead Carpenters/Site Foreman
Expectation would be that you have your own work truck capable of hauling lumber and tools. You can build a house from a set of design drawings without guidance and manage a crew simultaneously.
Pay starts at $50/hr and up depending on experience.

Journeyman Carpenters
Expectation would be that you have your own transportation and tools. You are well rounded in the carpentry trade and can handle tasks when they are designated to you
Pay starts at $24/hr and up depending on experience.

Laborers
Expectation would be that you have your own transportation. You take direction well and are willing to perform all necessary tasks.
Pay starts at $20/hr.

Custom Deck in Oakhurst. The owner wanted to incorporate the granite boulders into the deck. Lots of tricky cuts around the rock with this composite material. The led light caps on the 4x4 posts were put on after these were taken. This was a rebuild due to a tree falling on the house and deck. All covered by insurance. JMT Construction is hiring all positions (journeyman carpenters, apprentices, and laborers). This will be full-time work. Pay rate will be determined by skill level.
