Progress at Marion: Building the Next Generation of Magnet Recycling

The pieces are coming together at our Marion, Indiana facility.

These photos provide a look at equipment supporting ReElement Technologies’ magnet recycling and rare earth separation line—designed to transform recycled magnet material into separated, high-purity rare earth products including neodymium (Nd), praseodymium (Pr), NdPr, dysprosium (Dy) and terbium (Tb).

The process is designed to move recycled magnet feedstock through:

Magnet feedstock → thermal processing → leaching → solid/liquid separation → chromatography → separated rare earth products

ReElement Completes Air Permitting for All Four Initial Production Lines

Air permitting is now complete for all four initial production lines. Remember, this follows the successful commissioning of the Company's first commercial-scale germanium production column - validating the scalability and modular architecture of ReElement's chromatography-based refining platform.

The facility is designed to refine germanium, gallium and multiple rare earth elements, including neodymium, dysprosium, terbium, gadolinium, yttrium and samarium.
