It's one of our favorite (and busiest!) weeks of the year.
Every year, our team from across the country comes together in Noblesville for a week of training, collaboration, and catching up. Having (almost!) everyone under one roof doesn't happen often, so we always look forward to the conversations, the laughs, and the chance to learn from one another. We even took a break for a little friendly competition at Topgolf, which gave everyone a chance to unwind and spend time together outside the office.
The best part of the week isn't just the training. It's sharing knowledge, swapping stories, asking questions, and spending time with the people who make INDEX what it is. Every person brings something different to the table, and we're all better because of it.
As we head into the rest of the year, we're doing so with a little more confidence, stronger connections, and gratitude for another great week together.
