Thanks to our friends at Western for the invite, hospitality and a great day on the course. It was a fitting way to (maybe) put a bow on another busy golf season!

A great night celebrating great projects and the teams behind them! We were proud to see two projects CE Solutions had the opportunity to contribute to recognized as finalists at the Indy Chamber 49th annual Monumental Awards:

Congratulations to the Fishers Community Center project team on taking home a Monumental Award in the Construction Category!

Recognition like this is a reflection of the many owners, designers, engineers, contractors and partners who work together to bring impactful projects to life. Congratulations to our project partners and everyone involved in these two projects, and to all of this year’s Monumental Awards finalists and winners.

We’re grateful to have played a part.

Our Choose Your Charity campaign was built around a little friendly competition and a much bigger goal: supporting organizations making a difference in our communities. Now, it’s an award winner!

We’re excited to share that the campaign received a 2026 SMPS Heartland Regional Conference Pinnacle Award for Community Impact & Outreach. 🏆

This one belongs to a lot of people. Thank you to our CE Solutions staff who embraced the competition, championed six deserving charities and created some memorable campaign videos—and to our clients, partners, friends and social followers who watched, voted, shared and helped us spread the word.

The campaign may have ended with one charity earning the most votes, but every organization received a donation from CE Solutions—and that was always the most important part.

Thanks for helping us turn giving back into something we could all be part of.

This week, we gathered for a proper sendoff for CE Solutions founder Steve Osborn, PE, SE, as he officially begins retirement.

Over drinks and hors d’oeuvres, we shared plenty of stories and memories, celebrated Steve’s career, and presented him with a few gifts to mark the occasion.

Steve founded CE Solutions in 1998, but his legacy extends well beyond the projects completed and the firm he built. It lives in the relationships formed, the people he invested in, and the foundation he created for CE Solutions to continue growing and evolving.

After nearly three decades, there was a lot to celebrate and even more to be thankful for.

Congratulations on a well-earned retirement, Steve. Thank you for starting this journey and bringing so many of us along for the ride.

Project Manager Rebekah Miner traveled to Ecuador with a four-person team from the Engineers Without Borders - Indianapolis Chapter, supporting ongoing efforts to improve access to reliable water in rural communities.

In Santa Ana de Yalligschi, the team assessed the existing water systems to help prioritize infrastructure improvements and completed a full topographic survey of the community.

They also returned to Laurel Gompuene to check on a water system the team helped build two years ago and confirmed it continues to operate as intended.

We’re proud to see Rebekah sharing her engineering expertise beyond the office and helping communities develop sustainable solutions to essential infrastructure needs.

We traded calculations for straws and tape for an afternoon with D.R.E.A.M. Alive, Inc !

Yesterday we welcomed about 20 DREAM Alive students to CE Solutions for a career exploration visit. After some pizza and a quick introduction to engineering and what our team does, it was time to put their skills to the test.

Working in teams, students were challenged to build the longest bridge they could using only straws and tape. The activity brought out plenty of creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and a little friendly competition along the way.

Thank you to DREAM Alive for spending time with us and giving our team the opportunity to share a glimpse into the world of structural engineering. We enjoyed having the students in the office and hope we helped spark some curiosity about where a future in STEM could lead.

See the topping off ceremony through our lens.

Last week marked a major milestone for Purdue University’s Academic Success Building in downtown Indianapolis as the project team gathered to celebrate the structure reaching its full height.

For CE Solutions, it was especially meaningful to see the progress on a project that represents a milestone of our own — the Academic Success Building is the tallest building we’ve structurally designed to date.

Our photos captured more than our team. They captured the many people and partners helping bring this 248,000-SF building to life and a moment worth celebrating together.

Thank you to Purdue University and the entire project team, including Browning Day and Perkins&Will, Shiel Sexton Company, Harmon Construction, and HEAPY, for the collaboration and commitment that got us to this point.
