🔹 Susan Burke – Accounts Payable Specialist
Susan manages vendor payments and project-related expenses with precision and care. Her attention to detail and reliability keep our partners paid on time and our operations running smoothly.

🔹 Kellie Fournier – Payroll Specialist
Kellie makes sure our teams are paid accurately and on time, supporting everyone who shows up on the job site each day. Her dedication to getting it right underscores how much we value our people.

We appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and hard work Lee, Susan, and Kellie bring to the company and to the construction industry. Their contributions behind the scenes are essential to everything we build.

Our team just wrapped up a gorgeous AIC Infusion Lab and Pharmacy build-out.

This was one of our 2025 projects that crossed the finish line successfully, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result. From clean finishes and thoughtful lighting to highly functional clinical spaces, this project took strong coordination, tight scheduling, and careful budget management—and the team delivered on all fronts.

Huge credit to everyone involved for tackling the challenges head-on and making this space both beautiful and purpose-built. We had a great time bringing this vision to life and partnering to make it a success from start to finish.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it!

This Christmas party at Wachusett Mountain was a beautiful reminder of why *team* truly matters.

Beyond the lights, the snow, and the celebration, what stood out most was the people—showing up for one another, laughing together, and sharing a moment to pause and appreciate how far we’ve come. A strong team turns hard work into purpose and challenges into wins, and nights like this remind us that success is never a solo journey.

We’re incredibly thankful for the opportunity to celebrate at one of our valued client’s facilities in such an unforgettable setting. It means so much to work with people who value connection, collaboration, and the power of doing things together.

The Elite Toy Drive filled our hearts in the best way. 🎄✨

Dropping off our toy drive gifts for children in need right here in **Fitchburg**, and wow—what a reminder of how powerful a little kindness can be. What began as carts, boxes, and bags of toys quickly turned into laughter, teamwork, and a whole lot of heart.

This was true team bonding at its finest—working together, sharing smiles, and knowing we were part of something bigger than ourselves. These are the moments that bring people closer and make the season feel real.

Huge gratitude to our incredible professional partners who helped make this happen. Your generosity and support mean more than words, and we’re so thankful to stand beside you in giving back to our community!

The Elite Elves hit the stores and went shopping to spread some Christmas joy! Carts were full, lists were checked twice, and the holiday spirit was in full swing.

Budgets were set, and while some elves followed them very closely, others showed a little more enthusiasm than restraint. In the end, it’s all for a great cause, and these gifts are headed to kids who will be smiling big.

Mission accomplished 🎄🎁
