For 40 years, one of our most valued traditions has been honoring the people who make Loven Contracting what it is today. Each holiday season, we bring our entire team together during company time for an employee holiday lunch—by design. It’s our way of celebrating together and recognizing a year of exceptional service, teamwork, camaraderie, and dedication to our clients.

After lunch, everyone heads out for a well-deserved early afternoon off, giving them more time to prepare for family celebrations and enjoy the season.

This year, we gathered at Proper Meats + Provisions, a Flagstaff staple owned by the same local team behind Brandy’s—supporting local businesses while celebrating our own feels especially fitting. Thank you to the Proper team for a tasty spread.

Traditions like this are a small reflection of what matters most to us:

✔ Appreciation for their dedication to our clients

As we head into 2026, we carry this energy forward—ready to work hard together and deliver another year of the Best Projects in Arizona for our clients.

The ribbon cutting stood as a testament to collaboration, dedication, and a shared commitment to creating a space that reflects the best of what Flagstaff can achieve together.

That’s why we were proud to partner with to complete a full removal and replacement of the exterior siding, giving this beloved facility a refreshed façade built to endure northern Arizona’s toughest weather. These improvements mean long-term durability, lower maintenance needs, and more resources dedicated to serving our community.
