Avidity Arms is a Design & Manufacturing Company based in North Carolina, focused on personal defense and related products. Avidity's first firearm is be the 9mm Striker Fired PD10 Pistol, designed from the first napkin sketch to be a purpose built concealable personal defense pistol. Years in Development & Testing by an experienced team, the pistol is 100% Made in the USA with "aftermarket" & "custom" features integrated into the standard design.

While most of the AR Type fi****ms we’ve shipped out have been chambered for .223 Wylde, there are a small number of A-SARs/A-SAPs out there sent from the factory as dedicated .22LR and .22WMR builds.

Both the Walther PPS and the Springfield XD-S 4.0 had influence on the design of the PD10. One area we really wanted to improve was in reducing both the amount of mass moving above the hand, and how high above the hand that mass was moving.
