🌊 Fast-Tracked + Waterpark-Ready

When a major indoor waterpark project needed critical coatings support—fast—NCS, an ASRC Industrial company, stepped in and delivered. In just 3 months, our 20-person crew completed:
- Full epoxy coating of all concrete surfaces
- Installation of epoxy resinous flooring
- Intumescent fireproofing and interior protection

We hit the owner’s new deadline after replacing a prior contractor—and did it all safely, without a single injury.

Busy week partnering on Michigan State University’s main library transformation! Upgrading the third and fourth floors with new compact shelving, dedicated workspaces, and climate controls. Kudos to Miller-Davis Company for its leadership on the project.

National Environmental Group and Niles Construction Services kicked off the second week of 2022 Mid-Year Roadshows with ASRC Industrial President and CEO Brent Renfrew and Chief Financial Officer Tony Sp****la.

In the second half of the year, both companies will focus on maintaining their strong relationships with clients. They will also continue to support their workforce and the safety of their team members.

Niles Construction Services (NCS) and National Environmental Group (NEG) met with ASRC Industrial President and CEO Brent Renfrew and COO Steve Ennis for the 2022 AIS Virtual Roadshow to review 2021 performance and discuss enterprise strategy for 2022.

NEG was proud to announce that they have achieved over one million work hours without an OSHA Lost Time Injury. This safety milestone is an achievement they have been working toward since they were founded in 2000. Emphasizing safety as their top priority, NEG General Manager Mario Tribuzio stressed the importance of not getting complacent and always being situationally aware in order to keep everyone safe.

Presidents Tim Niles and Tom Niles thanked the NEG and NCS teams, from the front office staff to project managers, supervisors and crew members, for all their hard work and for staying safe. NEG and NCS are looking forward to 2022, building on 2021’s progress.
