Another custom fabrication project completed by Dias Welding LLC!

A local homeowner wanted a one-of-a-kind handrail for her interior staircase that combined industrial strength with a rustic aesthetic. She provided a decorative scroll design that she wanted incorporated into the railing, and together we selected a copper-toned finish that perfectly complemented the look she was after.

Because of the unique layout of the stairway, the frame was custom fabricated on-site to ensure a precise fit. Once the framework was completed, we finished the fabrication with custom pickets, applied the final finish, and completed the installation.

Every project is built to fit the customer's vision, space, and style—and this handrail is a great example of how custom metalwork can become a functional piece of art.

Another custom fabrication project moving through the final stages!

Dias Welding LLC recently completed custom awning fabrication for a contractor in Chapel Hill, Tennessee. These awning frames were built for an apartment complex and fabricated to meet exact drawing specifications provided by the customer.

All fabrication and welding work has been completed, and the awnings are now at powder coat for finishing. We’re excited to get these wrapped up and delivered to the customer in the coming days.

We were able to carefully realign the gate, restore the original positioning, and perform the necessary welding repairs to securely reattach it to the existing structure.
