Wrapped up another on-site project in Tullahoma, TN for a lakeside HOA.

This one started with only existing posts in place — from there, I built the entire handrail system from the ground up. Installed all new top and mid cross rails along with pickets to create a strong, clean, and code-compliant setup.

This upgrade was required by the HOA’s insurance, so safety and durability were top priorities. Now they’ve got a solid system that not only meets requirements but looks great and will hold up for years to come.

Another big project in the books

Custom fabricated and installed this entry gate for The Porch Factory in Chapel Hill, TN. Each side of the gate measures 13 feet, making it a total of 26 feet wide—definitely a large custom job!

This one started as just an idea from the customer, turned into a detailed drawing, and then brought to life with heavy-duty steel. Due to the size and weight, I added extra bracing to ensure long-term strength, durability, and smooth operation.

After taking a look at the damage, I sourced new heavy-duty hinges, got everything lined back up, and repaired the gate so it’s functioning properly again.
