🔴CDL Driver - Must have experience hauling heavy equipment and a clean driving record. Position will work out of our Winnie Office.
🔴Construction/Project Manager - Must have experience managing large scale earthwork projects onsite, be able to read engineered drawings and manage all onsite employees and contractors. Experience with GPS and laser equipment is required. Travel to projects will be required. Position can work out of our Floresville or Winnie Office.

CIVIL ESTIMATOR

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Estimator based in Winnie/Beaumont, Texas. The Civil Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates, conducting site visits, and collaborating with project teams to ensure budgets align with project goals. Additional tasks include evaluating bid proposals, managing project documentation, and developing detailed cost breakdowns to support project decision-making.

-Review and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, and schedules to fully understand project scope, risks, and requirements.
-Perform value engineering and cost optimization efforts to enhance project feasibility.
-Collaborate with Business Development to support pursuit strategies, including preparation of proposals, bid packages, and client presentations.
-Serve as a liaison with Owners, Architects, and -Engineers during estimating and bidding phases.
-Partner with Project Management to develop preliminary project schedules and budgets.
