We started the shop addition for
First thing we did was polish the floors. He welds a lot so floor coatings were not a good option. We polished his existing concrete slab to 1500 grit and added black dye. Next step is the metal building.
We did the floors first to avoid having to grind and polish next to existing walls.

We have engineered wood floors, white oak railing, white oak covered I-Beam trusses, and 12' Essence
The pitch on this Barndo is 4:12, and we matched the pitch with the ceilings. A huge advantage of a Barndominums is that there is no need for interior load bearing walls, so you can have rooms this large with no issues.
